Read but don't be too harsh in judging my content and my grammar. I did not use any grammar checking site. This is purely for self-development purposes. I didn't google the facts. All taken from my poor memory bank. You know the espresso-expresso thing. 

Don't be harsh but please, please write a comment for feedback. Tell the mistakes content and grammar wise. Confusing? I mean don't expect. I'm just a regular writer practicing for a could be lifetime swimming Olympic.
